There is a well-known correlation between effective engagement and communication, and organisational resistance to change and facts. There's also a well-known correlation between people not understanding what we're communicating and us countering that BY REPEATING IT LOUDER AND SLOWER.

In this talk, David will introduce a useful communications metaphor and demonstrate its use in helping to close the communications gap when undertaking change, or challenging existing ideas, including how to ensure the right people are engaged.
