"We're uncovering better ways, by doing and helping others do.." that's the Agile I grew up with, the Agile I believe in. Over the past 18 years Agile has grown up, it has matured and morphed, it has expanded and made new friends, Agile has reached adolescence and is popular. By all accounts Agile is winning.

I think this has dangerous consequences and leads to a huge risk of back sliding, ineffective transformations and the demise of something valuable.
Come learn about our roots, how we went of the rails and how we can make Agile relevant once more.
